Previous sailing skills are not required as our professional crew will train those wanting a "hands-on" experience. 12 Meter Charters can arrange a racing event that is perfect for you company team-building program.

No sailing experience is needed to enjoy crewing on our America's Cup boats. The professional and friendly captains and crew will coach those interested in a "hands on" racing experience, but participation is not required in any of 12 Meter Charters' events.

Volunteers will help the crew hoist sails, grind winches, and race the boat! To win races you will need to work together and build a team comaraderie just like the sailors of the America's Cup.
