12 Meter Charters’ office and yachts are easily accessible. If you are in the Newport area we invite you to stop by our office and, in season, you are welcome to tour our America’s Cup twelve meter yachts.

Directions to 12 Meter Charters:
The 12 Meter Charters’ office is located at 49 Bowen’s Wharf, in the heart of downtown Newport. The entrance to our office is located off America’s Cup Avenue on Bannister’s Wharf. As you walk towards the waterfront on Bannister’s Wharf, we are in the first entrance on the right (right before the Wharf Deli Pub). The 12 Meter Charters’ office is on the third floor of this building. We invite you to stop by and visit; chat with our staff about our America’s Cup 12 Meter Charters, view our crew gear, or even tour our yachts! Please see parking directions below.

Parking Suggestions:
12 Meter Charters is located within walking distance of easily accessible public parking.

Public Parking is located on Sayer’s Wharf, directly off America’s Cup Avenue in historic downtown Newport. If you continue south on America’s Cup Avenue past Bowen’s Wharf the parking lot is directly after Bannister’s Wharf on the right. This parking lot charges a fee (about $2 per hour) from May-September.
