Along with sweeping views of Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay, our location on Bowen’s Wharf offers convenient access to Newport’s finest restaurants, shops, and sites. Enjoy a pre or post sailing meal at one of Newport’s famous eateries including 22 Bowen’s, the Black Pearl and the Clarke Cooke House. Shop for gifts and souvenirs at one of Newport’s classy boutiques. Stroll across America’s Cup Avenue and enjoy Newport’s famous Thames Street where you’ll find the best summer nightlife in New England! Snap away to remember your Newport visit in photos – our location has the best views in Newport including Thames Street, Trinity Church, Newport Harbor and, last but not least... our America’s Cup racing beauties! 12 Meter Charters is surrounded by the best sites, shops and restaurants that Newport is famous for – there is something for everyone! 12 Meter Charters’ office and yachts are easily accessible. If you are in the Newport area we invite you to stop by our office and, in season, you are welcome to tour our America’s Cup twelve meter yachts. Directions to 12 Meter Charters: Parking Suggestions: Public Parking is located on Sayer’s Wharf, directly off America’s Cup Avenue in historic downtown Newport. If you continue south on America’s Cup Avenue past Bowen’s Wharf the parking lot is directly after Bannister’s Wharf on the right. This parking lot charges a fee (about $2 per hour) from May-September.
